Colour television commercial for Draught Guinness. Advert opens with view of Stanley Townsend speaking straight to camera with Sandymount Strand and Poolbeg Towers visible in the background. Aspect ratio gradually increases as man shares increasingly outlandish beliefs ["I believe Grafton street should belong to the northsiders", "I believe Elvis is still alive", "I believe the Dart should run to Tallaght"], until his face fills the entire frame. Man concludes his speech with the caveat: "... but I'd settle for a pint of Guinness, I believe" Advert concludes as man's face dissolves to show close up of surge and settle of a pint of Draught Guinness. Caption: "I'd settle for a pint of Guinness... I believe." Agency and Production Company: ARKS Ltd. Cast: Stanley Townsend. Dates run: From June 1993.
