Beermat [Triple X]

Colour television commercial for Guinness Triple X. Advert opens with view of group of men seated around a table in a bar. All drink bottles of Triple X from branded Victoria goblets while one practices tricks using Triple X beermats. VO: "Triple X is a beer for experts only. It's extra strong, extra smooth, extra special, a little difficult to handle at first but then you'll find it can catch on." One of the men takes a sip from his glass and remarks: "I think I might get the hang of it". Caption and VO accompanied by view of Triple X bottle and can alongside a Triple X branded Victoria goblet: "Brewed by XXXperts. Enjoyed by XXXperts". Advert concludes with final view of the group laughing as one of the men attempts a beermat trick that goes wrong. Agency: JWT.
