Colour television advertisement for take home Guinness Extra Stout in cans. Opens with close up on ring tab being pulled from the top of a can of Guinness Extra Stout. Cut to shot of a man seated in armchair at home as he drinks straight from the can. VO narrates the correct way to pour canned Guinness into a glass, in direct contrast to the man drinking straight from the can on screen: "Guinness is a special beer that deserves careful handling. You hold a spotlessly clean glass at an angle of 45 degrees as you start to pour out the beer slowly and evenly. Then you tilt the can and the glass to speed up the flow so that the head starts to achieve that superb, slightly rounded, light perfection...". VO trails off as the man finishes drinking, throws the ring tab back into the empty can, and throws it across the room into a bin. VO: "Canned Guinness. For people who've got no time for Guinness."
